Conditions of sale
The owner of the online shop adoresilk.ee (hereinafter referred to as the Online Shop) is Adoresilk OÜ (registration code 16093340), located at Pöörise16-80, Tallinn.
Validity of the sales contract, information on goods and prices
The terms and conditions of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Shop.
The prices of the products sold in the Online Shop are indicated with the products. A delivery fee is added to the price. All prices of goods sold in the online shop are in euros.
All prices include VAT.
The delivery fee depends on the location of the buyer and the delivery method. The delivery charge will be displayed to the buyer when the order is placed.
Information about the goods is provided directly with the goods in the Online Shop.
Placing an order
To place an order, the Customer selects the suitable goods and size from the adoresilk.ee e-shop and adds them to the shopping cart. To place an order, you must fill in the required fields and select the appropriate delivery method. The amount of the fee will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid securely via the following payment methods:
– Bank transfer
– Estonian bank links: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank
NB! When paying by bank transfer, be sure to press the “Back to merchant” button on the bank page.
Payments are intermediated by Maksekeskus AS. Payment takes place outside the Online Shop in a secure environment – in the case of payment by bank transfer, in the secure environment of the respective bank. The seller does not have access to the customer’s bank and credit card details. The contract enters into force from the date of receipt of the amount due to the current account of the Online Shop.
The owner of the Online Shop is the controller of the personal data and forwards the personal data necessary for the execution of payments to the processor Maksekeskus AS.
The purchase and sale contract is deemed to be concluded and the execution of the order commences when the Customer has paid for the goods in full.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the expiry of the goods or for any other reason, the Buyer shall be notified thereof as soon as possible and the money paid (including the costs of delivery of the goods) shall be refunded without delay, but not later than 14 days after the notification is sent.

The buyer has the following options for picking up the goods: parcel machines of Itella Estonia OÜ and Omniva AS.
Standard delivery time 2-3 working days, maximum delivery time 5 working days.
Returns
If you don’t love Adore Silk products for some reason and would like to return them, please do so within 14 days of receiving your order! Adore Silk does not accept returns made more than 14 days after receipt of the product.
Only unused products in their original packaging are eligible for return.
The right of return does not apply to products that have been damaged by the Customer.
In order to return goods, a free-form return request must be submitted within 14 days of receipt to adoresiid@gmail.com.
The return request must include the Customer’s name and order number. We would be grateful if you could include the reason for returning the goods. After the application, we will send the customer the necessary information for the return of the goods.
You can return the goods by choosing the parcel machine that suits you. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer, unless the reason for returning the goods is that the product to be returned does not correspond to the product ordered (e.g. wrong or defective product).
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of the date of the application or provide proof that he/she has handed over the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period.
Upon receipt of the goods to be returned, the online shop will reimburse to the purchaser immediately, but not later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal request, all the charges (except transport charges) received from the purchaser under the contract.
