Returning goods

If, for any reason, you are not in love with Adore Silk products and wish to return them, please do so within 14 days of receiving your order! Adore Silk does not accept returns made later than 14 days after receipt of the product.
Only unused products in their original packaging are eligible for return.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been damaged by the Customer.


To return a product, a free-form return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the goods via email to adoresiid@gmail.com.
The return request must include the Customer’s name and order number. We would appreciate it if you also include the reason for the return. Once we receive your request, we will send you the necessary return details.


You can return the item using the parcel locker of your choice. The cost of returning the item is borne by the buyer, except in cases where the reason for return is due to an error on the seller’s part (e.g., wrong or defective item).


The buyer must return the goods within 14 days after submitting the return request, or provide proof that the goods have been handed over to the delivery service within that time.


Once the returned item is received, the online store will promptly refund the buyer all payments received under the contract (excluding any later delivery fees), no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice.
The online store may withhold the refund until the returned item is received, or until the buyer provides proof of having returned the goods — whichever occurs first.


If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by the online store, the seller is not obliged to reimburse any additional costs exceeding the standard delivery fee.


The online store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the product from the buyer if the product’s price was mistakenly listed significantly below its market value.
